Complaint

I would like to complaint against your customer service representative working in 1150 Provincial Road Windsor. The person I was speaking to, his name was Nathan or Ethan. The representative was really aggressive and rude while talking and explaining the matter. According the the customer service and confirmation mail I had got from the enterprise,I had presented all the documents required and despite of that Nathan was offensive and ill-mannered while dealing with the situation.
