It was about 10PM and I didn''t know how to drive this car rented from Xceed. THe owner of Xceed and one of his staff even sit on the car with me coaching me to drive it for 9km from the cllision centre to a Gas Station! I appreciate their excellent services very much. Their warm service made me feel much better after I got a car accidence. And their staff even answered my call after 0:00Am that day when I got the car accidence! Thank you Xceed Car Rental!

I've been renting from Joe for about 18 months now.
One of the top "honest car guys" I've ever dealt with.
He takes great care of his rental cars and his customers.
He's also a full auto repair shop and sells used vehicles if you're looking to buy.
And he runs Star Car Detailing a business close to me in Mississauga, my daughter had her car done at a really low price and a great job.

Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring such an amazing individual and thanks to Gabe for making a horrible situation a positive one.

I will use The Car Rental Place anytime I need a rental. I needed a moving truck at the last minute and these guys were able to give me one at a better price than any of the other more well known rental services and they delivered it to me - on a Friday afternoon. I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

These guys are all amazing!!!! My car broke down in the east end during my anniversary of all days. I called CAA and got it towed. Enterprise picked me up at my house in Etobicoke they were about to close and stayed open later just to help us out in our dire time of need. We got a rental, They gave us an amazing deal as always and we made it back downtown just in time for our dinner reservation :-)
