Have had a couple phones repaired by the same location and had a very good experience each time. Don't post reviews often but decided to here because I am a business owner as well and people like this person above give reviews with ludicrous expectations. What company would willingly let you go behind their counters to use their computer?? Go to a cafe or library and please don't waste others' time. If this is any indication of the expectation that person had, I can only imagine the rest.
I went in to get my iphone fixed. The girl at the front desk couldn't answer my questions and in fact seemed annoyed that I was asking, so I asked if they had a computer I could use to try and find out as... yes, my phone wasn't working. I don't remember if she said no or just ignored me but her colleague then came up and asked what I needed. I explained and he jumped on a computer. After a couple of minutes I realized he wasn't trying to answers my question but had also completely ignored me and was working on something else. They both then started talking with one another while I was standing there. Nice!
